I absolutely loved the charming and tropical decor of the apartment at Outrigger Apartments Port Douglas. It gave me such a comfortable and relaxed feeling throughout my stay. The general areas, like the pool and gardens, were well-maintained and provided a serene environment to unwind. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for senior people like me, as it was easily accessible to the shops, restaurants, and beach with just a short and easy walk.

I wish there were more amenities specifically tailored for senior people, such as handrails or assistance devices in certain areas. The children working there were very helpful, but it would have been even better if they had offered more assistance and support for older guests.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, marina, and main strip. The staff, Amanda and Peter, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect - only two blocks away from the city center and a short walk to the beach, yet still quiet and peaceful. The facilities were fantastic, with a clean and spacious apartment that had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. We also appreciated the undercover parking and the BBQ area by the pool.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the apartments and the level of service provided. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained surroundings to the excellent amenities offered in the rooms.

The accommodation location is perfect,tucked away in a quiet spot just a short walk to either the town or the beach. The apartments are very spacious and well-equipped, making them perfect for families. The pool area is family-friendly with noodles provided, and the BBQ area is well-stocked. The hosts are inviting and go out of their way to ensure guests have a memorable stay. An extra bonus is the stocked supplies from departing guests.

The only issue is crossing the main road to reach the beach during peak hours as it can be challenging with children.

They were full of helpful tips and advice on the best tours and day trips in the area. The hotel itself is in a great location, nestled in the midst of beautiful tropical greenery. It's just a short walk to the main street, the beach, and the marina, making it the perfect base for exploring Port Douglas. The rooms were also fantastic, with excellent amenities and everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area.

Our Christmas stay was ruined by the unbearable heat in the apartments. Despite the fans provided in every room, we couldn't escape the stuffy air and extreme humidity, making it difficult to sleep or relax.
